Require 2 x AA batteries, though had a slight problem with batteries as camera would say low battery even though were fine, was able to view and take photos, but after few mins would power down, then again fine for few mins again, though like most older camera with AA batteries can be funny with different makes, so just be aware when buying with compatibly with batteries

Camera in good condition for age, front sticker faded, screen does have surface scratches, though works fine
